Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Lolanthe Beauty Clinic, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional care and quality service.Understanding that schedules can change, we have developed the following cancellation and refund
policy to ensure efficient operations and fair compensation for our staff and clients.

Free Cancellation

Clients may cancel their appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Late Cancellation Fee

If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a fee of 50% of the service price will be charged. This fee compensates our staff for the reserved time.

No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount

Rescheduling Appointments

Appointments can be rescheduled without any penalty, provided the change is made at least 24 hours before the originally booked time. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to the late cancellation fee if the time slot cannot be filled

Refunds Policy

While we do not offer refunds, clients who have unused treatments in a pre-purchased treatment package may receive a credit note for the value of the unused treatments. This credit can be used towards any service offered at our clinic and is valid for one year from the date of issue

Training Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation must take place no later than 7 days before the training, or we will charge the entire amount of the training.
In the case of a student’s illness, it is possible to move the training forward free of charge.
After paying the reservation fee, you agree to follow the purchase and cancellation conditions.
